As part of the Research and Development team, you will determine, implement and monitor research experiments. While developing strategies and supporting the organisational research objectives, you may lead research projects and provide research advice based on findings and insights through reports and presentations.
متطلبات
Job requirements:
MSc degree in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Botany, other relevant fields.
1-2 years’ experience in agriculture (experience in Hydroponics and aquaponics is preferred)
Ability to plan and design research proposals.
Comfortable outside academia as an applied researcher.
Good writing skills and ability to write for different audiences (Research entities, internal members, workers,..etc)
Excellent research skills.
Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify different factors affecting the research question addressed.
Ability to apply basic practical research techniques, sampling, handling lab tools and working precisely on different measuring devices.
Data analysis tools is a plus
English Language proficiency

Job Duties and responsibilities
Developing high-quality research reports and/or publications according to the project type and requirements.
Develop detailed literature studies that are reliable and easy to follow
Follow the research methodology as planned and identify challenges that arise and find ways to solve them.
Ensure the flow of the experiments protocol and the data collection as required
Responsible for resolving any arising problems/ challenges that affect the ongoing research projects.
Perform practical research work as needed for ongoing experiments.
